Description
Material:
Copper, DIN 40500/2, F-25
Surface:
Coating with DIL.
*The inner diameter is adapted according to DIN 57295. Before compression, the sectorial cable should be rounded, with naturally rounded pressure.
User Instructions:
The cable shoes are marked with a code number (parallel to the approximate outer diameter of the cable shoes). The required pressure nature is selected according to this code.
For crimps (in a hexagonal shape) performed using manual mechanical crimping tools, brown-black nature should be used for copper cable shoe crimping. For aluminum cable shoes, electroplated zinc coating nature should be used, in white color.
In hydraulic crimping tools, there is no difference in the nature of the pressure for copper or aluminum cable shoes.
The crimping sleeves for aluminum cable shoes are pre-filled with contact grease. Do not remove the grease from the crimping sleeve. Clean the grease that comes out during the crimping process.
Assembly Instructions:
Clean the end of the cable with a steel brush to remove dirt and oxidation. Insert the end of the cable into the crimping sleeve until the end. Before compression, make sure that the code of the pressure nature matches the one marked on the cable shoe. The first crimp should be performed from the inside of the sleeve and continue with crimps towards the outside. The number of\ crimps is marked on the sleeve. Make sure to perform the specified number of crimps.
