Suitable for round braided aluminum cables, single-strand round cables, sectorial braided cables, and sectorial single-strand cables according to DIN VDE 0295.

The sectorial braided cable and sectorial single-strand cable should first be circled with natural circular compression. The round single-strand aluminum cable and sectorial single-strand aluminum cable can only be compressed using manual mechanical compression tools. Aluminum cable shoes are supplied with contact grease and wrapped in plastic.
User instructions:
The cable shoes are marked with a code number (approximately equivalent to the outer diameter of the cable shoes). The required compression force is selected according to this code.
For compressions (in a hexagonal shape) performed using manual mechanical compression devices, use brown-black grease for compressing copper cable shoes. For aluminum cable shoes, use white-colored electrolytic zinc-coated grease.
There is no difference in the compression force for copper or aluminum cable shoes when using hydraulic compression devices.
The compression sleeves for aluminum cable shoes come filled with contact grease. Do not remove the grease from the compression sleeve. Clean any grease that comes out during compression.
Assembly instructions:
Clean the cable end with a steel brush to remove dirt and oxidation. Insert the cable end into the compression sleeve until it reaches the end. Before compression, ensure that the compression force code matches the one marked on the cable shoe. Perform the first compression inward on the sleeve and continue with outward compressions. The number of compressions is marked on the sleeve. Make sure to perform the specified number of compressions.
